Road Stopped in Rotorua District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that the said pieces of stopped road now known together as Section 1, S.O. 28806, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 116, folio 182, subject to Gazette notice H. 105823 and to memoranda of mortgage H. 851977.5 and H. 458969, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the said pieces of stopped road, now known as Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4, S.O. 57576 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15B/1009, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 626008, South Auckland Land Registry.
