Amending a Proclamation Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Waikato County and Raglan County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, Governor-General of New Zealand, amend the Proclamation dated the 7th day of August 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 August 1989, No. 144, page 3612, declaring land taken for soil conservation and river control purposes in Waikato County and Raglan County, by deleting the area “1a 1r 5.1p” firstly described in the Schedule and substituting the area “0a 1r 5.1p”.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of October 1991.
