Sixtieth, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Taupo County, being part Section 1, Blk XII, Marotiri S.D., situated in N.Z.M.S. 261; T17 Sheet 7.4. S.O. Plans 45471 & 53660.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan NRFA 104 deposited in the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to Be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Forestry, being the Minister deemed responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes.

Schedule

Marlborough Land District—Kaikoura District

705 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 4480. All certificate of title 2D/919.

Fiftieth-fourthly, all that area in the Wellington Land District, Tararua County, being part Section 11 Block VIII, Mangaoranga Survey District, more particularly shown on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as SO Plan 30917.
