Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that by entries in their minute books, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named companies on the 27th day of November 1991, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up and that meetings of the creditors of the above-named companies will accordingly be held, pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, at the offices of Ernst & Young, Nineteenth Floor, Majestic Centre, 100 Willis Street, Wellington on Tuesday, the 10th day of December 1991 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of Louis Eichmann Limited, Ultratech Agencies Limited and R B Denniston & Company Limited on the 22nd day of November 1991 and R B Denniston & Company (Timaru) Limited on the 27th day of November 1991, the following special resolution was passed by the companies, namely:

"That a declaration of solvency has been made and that it is expected that creditors will be paid in full and that the company be wound up voluntarily."

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 27th day of November 1991, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

1. That by reason of all trading activities of the company having ceased, that the company, having filed a declaration of solvency, be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Russell Stuart Hay and Dean Alan Ellwood, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators.
