Under the Companies Act 1955, between Repco Merchants Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as an automotive parts supplier—Plaintiff:

And—Engine Shoppe Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 7 Liardet Street, New Plymouth and carrying on business as an automotive supplier—Defendant:

Take notice that on the 14th day of November 1991, an application for the winding up of Engine Shoppe Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at New Plymouth on the 13th day of February 1992 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Repco Merchants Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Messrs Till Henderson King, 87 Devon Street West, New Plymouth.
