Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of November 1991, Lopex International Limited appointed Messrs Rodney Gane Pardington and Dean Alan Ellwood, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Alliance Advertising Limited under the powers contained in a:

(a) Deed of charge dated the 1st day of September 1989 and registered on the 4th day of September 1989; and

(b) Debenture dated the 9th day of October 1990 and registered on the 19th day of October 1990 given by Alliance Advertising Limited.
