Road Realignment State Highway 75 in Selwyn District
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands
and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information,
Christchurch:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section
60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of
State Highway No. 75, and shall vest in the Crown on the date
of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped
and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. 639/99.
