By order of the High Court at Auckland, dated the 8th day of November 1991, Michael Peter Stiassny and Colin McCloy, both of Auckland, have been appointed liquidators of the above-named company, with a committee of inspection comprised of R. J. G. Simmons of Auckland, B. Wood of Auckland and P. Burrows of Auckland.

Notice is hereby given that Michael Peter Stiassny and Colin Thomas McCloy were appointed joint and several liquidators of Vivid Securities Limited (trading as Premier Roofing Systems and Premier Homes) (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court dated the 26th day of September 1991.

The liquidators do hereby fix the 20th day of December 1991, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, through objecting to the distribution.
