It is noted that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 16 October 1991 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 57 from its junction with State Highway No. 1 to Queen Street, Levin (that is from RS 0/0.00 to RP 0/5.57), across its full width, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 and 2 of Plan 4/117/7404/1 and 2 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wanganui and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Service Licensing Act 1947 to amend the licence issued to Japan Airlines, with effect from 13 December 1991, so as to provide for code-shared services with Air New Zealand and capacity purchased on these services.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air New Zealand Limited has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence so as to permit the airline to operate up to two return B767 services per week over the routing: Auckland - Fua’amotu - Apia - Honolulu. Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the Acting General Manager of the Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 12 December 1991.

Transport Act 1962

The Traffic (Waimakariri District) Notice No. 2, 1991

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimakariri District) Notice No. 2, 1991.

The area specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

The roads specified in the Third Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The Traffic (Rangiora District) Notice No. 1, 1988, signed on the 15th day of April 1988*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

First Schedule

Situated within Waimakariri District at Rangiora:

All those roads, with the exception of those mentioned in the Second and Third Schedules, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of East Belt 440 metres measured northerly, generally, along East Belt from its junction with Coldstream Road; thence across East Belt at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence by a right line to a point on the eastern side of Ashley Street opposite the point where the western side of Ashley Street meets the southern side of River Road; thence across Ashley Street at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence westerly, generally, along the southern side of River Road to a point 600 metres measured westerly, generally, along River Road from Racecourse Road; thence southerly, generally, by a right line to the northern end of Brick Kiln Road on its eastern side; thence southerly, generally, along the eastern side of Brick Kiln Road to its junction with the northern side of Oxford Road; thence across Oxford Road at
