Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, firstly, hereby revokes the declaration dated the 15th day of February 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of February 1991, No. 32 at page 693, for land acquired for education purposes, and secondly, hereby revokes the amending notice dated the 1st day of March 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 7th day of March 1991, No. 36 at page 764, amending the above-mentioned declaration.
