In the notice with the above heading, dated the 21st day of October 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 24th day of October 1991, No. 160, at page 3392, amend the area forthwith described in the Schedule from "101m²" to "126m²", which area appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

48 square metres, situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 37084; as shown marked "E" on S.O. Plan 58780, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
