RULES OF ORIGIN – DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL

NOTICE 1991 – 7

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, 'Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia', the following materials have been determined:

Polydimethylsiloxane Hydrolysate

This determination is effective from 27 March 1987

RULES OF ORIGIN – DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL

NOTICE 1991 – 8

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, 'Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia', the following materials have been determined:

  • Vinyl-tris-ethyl-methyl ketoximino silane
  • Hexamethyl Di-siloxane
  • Di-Iodomethyl p-Tolysulfone
  • Polydimethyl siloxane fluid, having a viscosity of not more than 5 centistokes at 20 degrees C and an average of 4 dimethyl siloxane units

This determination is effective from 25 March 1991

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, 'Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia', the following materials have been determined:

  • Dibutyltin dilaurate
  • Dibutyltin diacetate
  • Gamma-aminopropyl Triethoxysilane
  • Bis (tri-n-butyltin) oxide
  • Activated clay

This determination is effective from 13 June 1991

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, 'Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia', the following materials shall no longer be determined manufactured raw materials:

Dimethyl siloxane hydrolysate

This determination is effective from 5 November 1991
