Notice of Resolution For Voluntary Winding Up and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

In the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and in the matter of Teacher Trainees Association of New Zealand Incorporated:

Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the members of the above-named incorporated society held on the 17th day of October 1991, the following special resolutions were passed by the incorporated society, namely:

“That Teachers Trainees Association of New Zealand Incorporated be wound up voluntarily.

“That John Stewart Drage and Bruce Allen Dring of KPMG Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidators for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the association.”

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the joint liquidators of the above-named association which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 15th day of November 1991, as the day on or before which the creditors of the association are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
