Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of September 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 3rd day of October 1991 under the heading Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes Hakowhai Stopbank Hastings District by:

(a) Substituting the word “Hakowhai” for the word “Hakawhai” in the heading

(b) Substituting the figure “2277” for the figure “277” for the area of the land marked “C” as described in the Schedule.
