Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of August 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 August 1991, No. 126, page 2731, by deleting all reference to memoranda of mortgage H. 714428.5 and H. 828206.1 from paragraph (d).
