Advertising Rates
The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:
Category 1
Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.
Category 2
Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.
The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.
All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Summary of Bills Introduced
Sport, Fitness, and Leisure Amendment
This Bill amends the Recreation and Sport Act 1987. The main changes are:
(a) The concept of recreation is replaced by the concepts of fitness and physical leisure activity;
(b) The name of the principal Act is changed from the Recreation and Sport Act 1987 to the Sport, Fitness, and Leisure Act 1987, and the name of the Hillary Commission is changed to the Hillary Commission for Sport, Fitness, and Leisure;
(c) The membership of the Commission is reduced from 11 to 9, 8 of whom are to be appointed by the Minister. The remaining...
