That the company, having filed a declaration of solvency in compliance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, be wound up voluntarily and that James Bruce Alfred McAlister and William James Storrier Parsons of Christchurch, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidators.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Halldon Furniture Ltd.:

Notice is given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of this company on the 21st day of January 1991, an extraordinary resolution was passed by the company as follows:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Accordingly a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at Mancan House, corner of Manchester Street and Cambridge Terrace on Friday, the 1st day of February 1991 at 9 a.m.

Business:

1. To consider a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors.
