Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of shareholders of Southern Hawkes Bay Abattoir Limited (in liquidation) and Ruahine By Products Limited (in liquidation) will be held in the offices of the liquidators, Ernst & Young, Eighteenth Floor, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland on the 7th day of November 1991 at 10.00 a.m. Contact person for any queries: Jennifer Gillies.

Business:
