Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waikato District Council of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Waikato District Council of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Hamilton City Council on the 10th day of April 1991:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
