Supplementary Integration Agreements Notice

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education and the Proprietors of the following school:

Star of the Sea, Howick.

The said supplementary integration agreement came into effect on the 30th day of September 1991. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Ministry of Education, National Office, Pipitea Street, Wellington, and at the District Office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Auckland.

Provisional Consent to the Distribution of a New Medicine

Pursuant to section 23 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby gives provisional consent to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicine set out in the Schedule hereto:
