Animals Act 1967

Approved Woolmarking Preparations (Notice No. 5118: Ag. 1300-38)

Pursuant to sections 69 and 94 of the Animals Act 1967 and after consultation with the New Zealand Wool Board, I hereby give notice that the woolmarking preparations set out in the Schedule hereto (being a product of BOMAC Laboratories Limited) are approved for sale and use in marking wool of sheep.

This approval takes effect on the day following the date of publication in the Gazette.

The Great Barrier Island County Council Foreshore Seabed and Waters Control Amendment Order 1991

Pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, Her Excellency the Governor-General, on the recommendation of the Minister of Conservation, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends The Great Barrier Island County Council Foreshore Seabed and Waters Control Order 1987 by including in the Schedule to the Order “All that foreshore, seabed and waters 500 metres seawards of mean high water springs adjacent to Great Barrier Island as shown on plans DOC (CM) AK 00232 and DOC (CM) AK 00236.”

The Riverton Harbour Foreshore Control Order 1991

Pursuant to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby renews the Riverton Harbour Foreshore Control Order subject to the same terms and conditions.

Commencement

This order shall come into force on the date that it is signed by the Governor-General in Council.

The Waiheke County Foreshore 1972 Amendment Order 1991

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 30th day of September 1991

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. J. B. BOLGER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 8A of the Harbours Act 1950, Her Excellency the Governor-General, on the recommendation of the Minister of Conservation, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Waiheke County Foreshore Order 1972 by:

(a) Inserting in section 3, after the words “section 165”, the words “and section 8A”, and inserting immediately before the word “described” the words “seabed and water areas”.

(b) Deleting the First Schedule and replacing it with the First Schedule described below.

First Schedule

All the foreshore and seabed adjoining Waiheke Island and the waters point to point within the following harbours:

Huruhu Bay, Putiki Bay, Orapiu Bay, Waikopou Bay, Man o’ War Bay, and Oneroa Bay, as shown on plan DOC (CM) AK 00237.
