Bernard James Rennell retired as a partner of Bell Taylor, Solicitors, Christchurch with effect from the 31st day of July 1991. The remaining partners will continue to practise under the name of Bell Taylor from the same address.

Notice Concerning the Affairs of Cornelius Murphy

Notice is given pursuant to section 80 (1) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, that the Public Trustee has been appointed by the High Court of New Zealand at Palmerston North (No. P. 401/91) under Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, as manager of the estate of Cornelius Murphy, retired of Levin. The order was made by Mr Justice Ellis on Friday, the 26th day of July 1991.
