Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Archive College of New Zealand Limited (in receivership):

Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of September 1991, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited appointed Messrs Kevin James Beardsley and Richard Dale Agnew, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Archive College of New Zealand Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 31st day of October 1984.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Tenth Floor, CML Centre, 157–165 Queen Street, Auckland.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of AD-Plus Limited (in liquidation):

Trust Bank Central Limited hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of September 1991, it appointed Graham Louis St John Pedler of Napier, chartered accountant, receiver of income of the land in certificate of title M1/616 (Hawke’s Bay Registry) as charged by a certain mortgage No. 527652.2 given by AD-Plus Limited (in liquidation) in favour of Trust Bank Central Limited.

The situation of the office of the receiver of income is the offices of Messrs Gardiner Ranney & Swinburn, Chartered Accountants, corner of Byron and Browning Streets, Napier.
