Trust Bank Wellington Limited, pursuant to a debenture in its favour from Woodco Products Limited at Wellington (“the company”) bearing the date 12 October 1987, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Kingi Winiata Smiler and Peter John Morgan Taylor jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the company on the 1st day of October 1991, pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture.

The offices of the receivers and managers are care of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, Majestic Centre, 100 Willis Street (P.O. Box 490), Wellington.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed is all of the company’s property charged by the said debenture being all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital, present and future.
