Corrigendum

Delete the following sentence from clause 16 of the Interconnection contract on page 4116 of the New Zealand Gazette of Thursday 25 October 1990:

"Subject to Clause 16.7, in the event that a Telecom ROC wishes to make any alteration to that Telecom ROC’s Network which makes it necessary for changes to be made to the Service Operator’s Network, the Principal ROC shall serve on the Service Operator the following notices at the following intervals and times."

and replace it with the following sentence:

"In the event that a Telecom ROC wishes to make any alteration to that Telecom ROC’s Network which makes it necessary for changes to be made to the Service Operator’s Network, the Principal ROC shall serve on the Service Operator the following notices at the following intervals and times."

5. New Prices, Terms and Conditions

Telecom has announced and from time to time will announce its intention to introduce new prescribed services and changes to prices, terms and conditions of existing prescribed services. In 1991, details of these will be published in accordance with the Telecommunications (Disclosure) Regulations 1990 within 30 days after the end of the quarter when they were introduced.
