Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Forestry being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, hereby jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

0.1037 hectares, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 6463, Block XIII, Waihau Survey District. New Zealand Gazette, 1974, page 2942.

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977.
