Notice of Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Onehunga Cranes & Engineering Services Limited:

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 30th day of September 1991, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in Conference Room One of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland on Wednesday, the 9th day of October 1991 at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon.

Business:

1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and a list of creditors, etc.
2. Appointment of liquidator.
3. Appointment of a committee of inspection, if thought fit.

Notice Calling Final Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Westend Butchery (Rotorua) Ltd (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Iles Casey & Co, 21 Hinemoa Street, Rotorua at 9 a.m. on the 21st day of October 1991, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

That the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator be disposed of to the care of the liquidator.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Iles Casey & Co, 21 Hinemoa Street (P.O. Box 1346), Rotorua, not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 18th day of October 1991.
