Notice by Advertisement of Final Winding Up Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Mine Construction Limited (in voluntary liquidation and members winding up):

That a meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at Auckland on Friday, the 18th day of October 1991 at the offices of Rudd Watts & Stone, Solicitors, Twenty-fourth Floor, BNZ Tower, 125 Queen Street, Auckland, for the purpose of receiving the liquidator’s account of the winding up showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.

The liquidator wishes to advise that the company is a non-operating company and is being wound up as a procedural matter only, due to a restructuring within the McConnell Dowell Group.

Notice of Final General Meetings
