Zip Trading Limited (“the debenture holder”), hereby gives notice that on the 25th day of September 1991, they appointed Ninian Eardly, consultant of Auckland, to be receiver and manager of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 15th day of July 1991, given by Limani Building Supplies Limited in favour of the debenture holder.
