Edgebanding machines which perform the following functions only viz:- the application of preglued edging tape coils of PVC, melamine or wood veneer to hand fed panels by means of glue reactivation, with or without a tape front and/or end cut off function (Edgebanding machines which have additional functions to those specified above will qualify for this concession provided the additional functions are relevant to edgebanding machines and are catalogued as being for the edgebanders concerned)
