Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to a Notice Declaring That Private Land Shall Be Protected Land

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, hereby amends two errors in the notice dated the 28th day of August 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 133, page 2871, by inserting in the heading of the said notice the word “Private” between “Protected” and “Land” and by omitting from the notice the word “Tasman” and inserting in its place the word “Marlborough”.
