Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 281 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of each of the above-named companies will be held at Level Six, CML Building, 22-24 Victoria Street, Wellington on Thursday, the 10th day of October 1991 at 9.10 a.m., to consider the following business:

To receive, consider and adopt the statement showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.

To consider (as an extraordinary resolution) that the books and papers of the company be committed to the custody of Brierley Investments (Wellington) Limited and, that, after the expiration of 2 years from the date of dissolution those books and papers or any part thereof be destroyed at such times as Brierley Investments (Wellington) Limited may determine.
