Land at Sumnervale Drive Acquired for Housing Purposes

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired (subject to the rights to drain water contained in transfers 872933/2, 874618A/1, 881801/2 and 916350/2, and together with a right to drain water and sewege specified in easement certificate 497398/3, and the rights of way contained in transfers 395653 and 586332) for housing purposes and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

All that land containing 5146 square metres, being Lot 1, D.P. 58915, all certificate of title 34D/133.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 10: Mangonui Bypass

It is noted that Transit New Zealand by resolution dated 20 August 1991 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 10 from 36 metres south of the northern boundary of part Allotment 107, CT 71D/91 to the north western boundary of part Allotment 282 on the western side and to the south western boundary of part Allotment 220 on the eastern side (RP 63/10.80 to RP 63/11.98), as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA11/37/4 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Revoking State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway: 5 H 8 (Alexandra)

Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked and that the section of public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.

First Schedule

No. 8 State Highway (Alexandra)

All that section of No. 8 State Highway in the town of Alexandra from Centennial Avenue junction with Dunorling Street, along Centennial Avenue, Tarbert Street, and Limmerick Street to the junction with Ennis Street, as declared in the notice declaring public highways to be State highways published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, No. 20, page 384.

Second Schedule

No. 8 State Highway (Alexandra)

All that section of public highway in the Town of Alexandra from Centennial Avenue junction with Dunorling Street, along Dunorling Street and Kelman Street to the junction with Limmerick Street.
