I, Kenneth Roger Moses of Auckland, company director hereby certify as follows:

I am a director of Flemington Bloodstock Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland ("the company").
That by powers of attorney dated variously as noted in the Schedule above, each of the special partners in the special partnership appointed the company as his or her lawful attorney with full power and authority to sign such notice of dissolution and any other document necessary to effect the dissolution of the special partnership.
That the company has not received any notice or information of the revocation of any of the said powers of attorney and I believe the same to be in full force and effect.
