Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session
Order in Respect of Lynda Marie Cleary Enrolled Nurse
In exercise of its powers under section 42 (1) (b); 42 (2) (a); 42 (9), 42 (3) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand after due inquiry on 30 July 1991 found Enrolled Nurse Lynda Marie Cleary to have been guilty of professional misconduct and ordered that her name be removed from the Roll of Nurses. Council declined to fix a time after which she may apply to have her name restored to the Roll. Council also ordered that she return all certificates and badges issued to her by the Nursing Council; that $3,500 or full costs whichever is the lesser, be paid towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the Council; that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the Gazette, and the New Zealand Nursing Journal.

Notice of the Stopping of Part of Murphy's Road, Block III Belmont Survey District
Pursuant to the provisions of sections 319 (h) and 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, The Porirua City Council hereby gives notice that an area forming part of Murphy's Road and containing by admeasurement one thousand five hundred and sixty square metres (1560 m²), more or less, situate in Block III, Belmont Survey District, being part of Lots 2 and 4 on Deposited Plan 53726 and more particularly shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington numbered S.O. 36419 and thereon marked “B” is stopped.

Notice of Intention to Compulsorily Acquire Land
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1981, and in the matter of Dermot Gregory Nottingham and Philip Raymond Nottingham, both of Gisborne, company directors (as tenants in common in equal shares), and in the matter of the Poverty Bay Electric Power Board:
Take notice that the Poverty Bay Electric Power Board intends to take Lot 1, Deposited Plan 3797, containing 30 square metres, comprising part of certificate of title 3A/1380, Gisborne Registry on Childers Road, Gisborne. The land is to be used as a site for an electrical transformer. The taking of the land is reasonably necessary to protect the electrical supply network and to maintain efficient electrical supply.
Objections may be made for the period of 20 working days from the date of publication of this notice to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington (within 20 working days of publication of this notice).
