Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the above company will be held at Mon Desir Hotel, Takapuna on Thursday, the 26th day of September 1991 at 10 a.m. to consider and if thought fit to pass as a special resolution, a resolution whereby the memorandum of association of the company be altered by omitting all of the objects and all provisions with respect to the powers of the company and the company adopt a new memorandum of association such that henceforth the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in section 15A (1) (a) to (h) of the Companies Act 1955.
