Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 8th day of August 1991, an application for the winding up of Supreme Hand Dryers Limited (formerly trading as Ardrich Services Limited) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of September 1991 at 2.15 p.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicants are Harold Kent Baigent and Graham Douglas Bowkett, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Level Fourteen, Auckland Club Tower, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
