Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of September 1991, the Bank of New Zealand Limited appointed Messrs David Ross Petterson and Bruce McCallum, chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of the property of A Levy Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture, dated the 8th day of August 1989, given by that company.
