Definition of Boundaries of the St Lukes Regional Road Between New North Road and Duncan McLean Link

In pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 363 (a) (b) of the Local Government Act 1974 and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Council resolved at its meeting held on 20 May 1991:

That the boundaries of the St Lukes Regional Road between New North Road and Duncan McLean link in the City of Auckland (being roads, streets or parts thereof and other lands hereto formerly declared by resolution of the Auckland Regional Council to be, or to be required for the purposes of, regional road, be and are hereby defined as follows:

The boundaries of the regional road are the outer limits of the lands shown stippled on ARC drawing 720316-11 and more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.
