Declaring an Interest in Land for Irrigation Purposes in the Far North District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey water containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the agreement dated the 21st day of August 1991 between the Crown and William Arthur Baker of Kerikeri, farmer, a copy of which may be perused at the offices of the Department of Survey and Land Information at Auckland and identified by No. 25/30/16, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule hereto for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
