Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation of the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a public drain over the land in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that, the said land may be leased or sold by the Marlborough District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such leasing or sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.

Pursuant to Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui, 1991, No. 11.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
