Take notice, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of The Farm Accounting Association of New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) is to be held at the offices of Farmers Mutual Group, 68 The Square, Palmerston North at 10 a.m. on Friday, the 20th day of September 1991, for the purpose of laying before the meeting the account of the liquidator’s winding up of the company showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of.
