NZI Bank Limited and Marac Financial Services Limited ("the debenture holders"), hereby give notice that on the 23rd day of August 1991, they appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Colin Thomas McCloy, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 23rd of August 1990, given by The Vintage Wine & Liquor Company Limited in favour of the debenture holders.
