Road Closed and Land Taken in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that area “G” on S.O. Plan 56313, now known as Section 2, S.O. 56313, area “G” on S.O. Plan 56314, now known as Section 1, S.O. 56314 and areas “H” and “E”, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 56314 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36A/797 subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 726368.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block II, Alexandra Survey District.

As shown marked on the plans as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

536 square metres, situated in Block II, Alexandra Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P.S. 3123; as shown marked “E” on S.O. Plan 56314, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired for Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Notice Relating a Road in the District of Rangitikei

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of October 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 11th day of October 1990, No. 176, page 3815, acquiring land for road, and declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in the District of Rangitikei by:

(i) Omitting paragraph (c) (i) and substituting:

“(c) (i) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 394/167.”

(ii) Omitting paragraph (c) (viii) and substituting:

“(c) (viii) The area described in the Tenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39A/681, subject to memoranda of mortgage 995642.2 and 129296.8.”

(iii) Omitting paragraph (d) (i) and substituting:

“(d) (i) The areas described in the Eleventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34C/167.”

(iv) Omitting the description of the sixth area described in the Second Schedule and substituting:

“583 square metres, part Section 3, marked “B” on S.O. Plan 32024.”

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road and the land taken, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 58760, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 922, folio 31, South Auckland Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 625960.2, H. 625960.3, H. 290802.4, H. 290802.5 and H. 625960.5, South Auckland Land Registry.
