Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule hereto for police purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette and further that the right of way easement over the said land in favour of Section 1, S.O. 8288, created and taken under proclamation 82526, is hereby surrendered with effect from the date of publication in the Gazette.
