Land Acquired for Road in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending Notices Acquiring Land and Setting Apart Land for Commercial Purposes in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends:

1. The following notices dated the 28th day of September 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 October 1990, No. 173, page 3740:
   (a) Acquiring land for commercial purposes, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the Schedule the words “1076 square metres” and “L.T. Plan 137232” and substituting the words “1075 square metres” and “L.T. Plan 143723;”
   (b) Setting apart land for commercial purposes, pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the Schedule the words “L.T. Plan 137232” and substituting the words “L.T. Plan 143723.”

2. The notice dated the 28th day of August 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 September 1990, No. 154, page 3290, acquiring land for commercial purposes, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting from the Schedule the words “6.1342 hectares” and “L.T. Plan 137232” and substituting the words “6.1342 hectares” and “L.T. Plan 143723.”

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for river control purposes and shall vest in The Southland Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

8.9934 hectares, being Lot 7, D.P. 10117, situated in Block II, Invercargill Hundred; being all of the land in certificate of title 6A/278; subject to a R.O.W. appurtenant to Lot 6, D.P. 10117, created by T. 048331.1.

As shown on the above mentioned plans lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.
