Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Cestui Que Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of August 1991, the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants of Smith Chilcott & Co., Chartered Accountants, First Floor, General Buildings, 27 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of income of certificates of title, Volume 11C, folio 470, Volume 4B, folio 86 and Volume 1057, folio 181 under the powers contained in memorandum of mortgage C. 098603.1 (North Auckland Registry) dated 24 January 1990.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's interests in certificates of title, Volume 11C, folio 470, Volume 4B, folio 86 and Volume 1057, folio 181.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
