Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Waitaki District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and vests the said reserve in The Waitaki District Council in trust for that purpose.

13.3149 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 23524, situated in the Town of Oamaru. No certificate of title.

Revocation of an Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve in The Ruapehu District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Kariori Recreation Reserve Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as published in the Wanganui Chronicle on the 21st day of June 1986, and further vests the said reserve in trust for recreation purposes in The Ruapehu District Council.

40.3650 hectares, more or less, being Sections 38 to 61 (inclusive), Town of Nini, situated in Blocks VI, VII and XI, Karioi Survey District.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the General Manager, Iwi Transition Agency hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1991, No. 3.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Railway Land on the Kingston Branch Railway Not Now Required for that Purpose to be Declared Crown Land

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 27 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Restructuring Act 1990, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be declared Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
