The instruments of title described in the Schedule hereto having been declared lost, notice is hereby given of my intention to replace the same by the issue of new or provisional instruments upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Evidence of the loss of the outstanding copy of deferred payment licence 477916 embodied in Volume 42C, folio 283, whereunder Kevin Clifford Abernethy, contractor of Auckland and Violet Heather Abernethy, his wife, are licensees having been lodged with me together with a certificate under section 25 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, for the issue of a new certificate of title without production of the said licence in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the said certificate and issue a new title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
