Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of Haysom Metal Industries Limited will be held at the offices of Shieff Angland Dew, Barristers and Solicitors, Eighth Floor, Southpac Tower, 45 Queen Street, Auckland on Friday, the 6th day of September 1991 at 10 o’clock in the morning, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, of passing as a special resolution the following:

"That the memorandum of association of the company be amended by deleting clause 3 of the memorandum and substituting it with the following:

‘3. The company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in subsection (1) (a)–(h) of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955.’’
